The Role:

We’re seeking a DON who can:

Inspire and Lead a high-performing nursing team rooted in respect, integrity, and shared goals.

Coach, Guide, and Educate team members at every level, fostering growth and accountability.

Resolve Conflicts with clarity and compassion, creating a healthy environment for staff and residents alike.

Develop and Assess Systems that elevate care standards, ensure compliance, and drive consistency.

Your Background:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Colorado

Minimum of 3 years of DON or nursing management experience in long-term care

Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing

A track record of building strong teams and improving care systems

Computer literacy and excellent communication skills required

Pay Range Minimum: $100,000.00 Annual Salary; Maximum:$122,000.00 Annual Salary. The base range represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
