Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN is responsible for delivering and coordinating resident-centered nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents across skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care units
Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident conditions
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and provide clinical oversight to LPNs, CNAs, and Care Partners
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory surveys
Educate residents and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health conditions
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and time-management skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
